Need Guidance regarding work Experience and Fee

Hi
I am looking answers for two questions, some one please guide me
I am working as nurse in army. I joined army in Oct 2003 as cadet nurse; during cadetship I did nursing training (rotations) in hospital total 04 years & during training I did 03 years nursing diploma completed on March 2007. Will my work experience count 02 years or more?
I am the principal applicant & going to submit my case with my spouse in Sydney Nova Scotia how much fee I have to pay in CIU Nova Scotia and in Local Embassy at later stage?

During cadetship I used to perform weekly 18hrs school and 30hrs clinical training (it was paid training) which I got stipend. Is it conform that it’s not going to count in my experience? Please comment……...
