Actually you can do it yourself. It's not so complicated.

But if you don't have time to do it on your own, you can always contact the owner of this forum, David Cohen. Just click assessment on the top right corner of this webpage.

Is he good and advisable. Have you experienced him. I am so worried that now I believe I cant take any risk.

When you type "David Cohen" in the the search function of this webpage, you will see many postive results with this lawyer.

This was one of them:

Hi RR,

Your Tehmina Hasan is a CSIC Approved Immigrant consultant, with a Membership ID# M074427. See here:
https://www.csic-scci.ca/find/details.html?cid=53934

It'd be wise for u to 'report' her to CSIC [Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants]... rather than any Law Body... it'd do good to any/many future client's of hers. Write a detailed complaint against her here:
https://www.csic-scci.ca/content/contact_us

Apply afresh or Possible Continuation

As per the email sent to u [directed to your consultant] from CIC -- u have an option towards redressal of your grievances... vis-a-vis "non receipt of the 120 days letter". U might not need to apply afresh... just file a complaint with your VO [Buffalo, I guess] explaining the situation & not having heard from the consultant/CIO-NS... and not having recd the 1st AOR [aka 120 days letter].

U r likely to be accepted once again... the file could be opened... and u could get to [now] deliver your complete package to the VO. This, if successful, could save u from lot of hassles... of reapplying, coming under the wrath of "Caps", remaking of the draft/s etc.

Should I go with a/ny Consultant now ?

U may not. The FSW guide@CIC website & forums like this is all u need... it's quite easy to file your apps yourself nowadays. However, if u yet need one -- David Cohen [owner of this forum & the site] is pretty good. U can rest assured of rightful/correct procedural earnestness from this org.

Your Call & good luck !

thanks for your reply, yaa that is good idea,I will just email to the consulate explaning all the situation once again and hope that it work.
should I email on the same id where they had email to my attorney?

yes i saw that she is liecence, but when i had checked this on Dec 12, 2010, she was not licence, and till that time, as per my belief i had already submitted the docs to her.

Try David Cohen.
I have a very good experience with the Campbell Cohen Law firm.
Services are extra ordinary.
Every email is answered, and their front desk sends you confirmation of documents you send to them.
They also send FEDEX tracking numbers of packages sent to respective visa offices .

For success in an immigration case the rule is never hide anything from your representative. You have to tell him/her all the info which may not be important for you and let him/her decide how to proceed for the case.

Regards

I would recommend David Cohen and Co as they are acting for me. I have found them prompt, courteous and always willing to answer even the most trivial of questions. Whilst filling in our forms I wasn't sure I was doing it right and they phoned me to reassure me that I was.
Not only that but they are reasonable in price compared to some of the other quotes that I had. ;D

Hi members,

Look as of 30 June 2011, CSIC is no longer authorized to regulate immigration consultants.

So steaky, do you mena that she is not correct or not legal to handle case? (I dont knw what to say in immigration language)

Yes thanks for the adivice, I will contact Mr. David today or 2mrw to discuss my case.

Hey guys, it is big confusion for me, I will talk to Mr. David and you all even let me know if you had heard about some similar case like me. (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/need-the-advice-of-seniors-t75468.0.html)
Finaaly, I had the conversation with my attorney yesterday, I saw all the proof which she had sned my file to the VO and they had even mail her on my inquiry on April 2011, that they are in many prnsing case and it will take 30 weeks for most of the cases.
Now its is sure that she had send everything, and the consulate had lost my file. She had contact her and maybe waiting to see the update hope and pray that I get my file as I had wasted my whole 1 yaer in this hope.

Any suggestion or case similar to mines, and got some solution.

Thnaks to all again
