Hi

I applied my parents in april 2010 and send the additional documents requested by cic i sep 2014.

I got AOR in sep 2014. After that didn't hear anything for months. i got got an email and cic required all the paystubs, job letter and NOA.

Here is the difficulty. I was on maternity leave in 2014 and didn't have any paystubs. I do not have co signer. but i meet the minimum income requirement. I have my transportation business.

So how would I show the pay stubs. Please help I am really worried.

Another thing how will they take now to give approval.

If you were in Maternity leave it is perfect understandable,
You need to provide information to support that claim...
No woman is suppose to work while in maternity leave.....
did you get special benefits ? you should be able to provide
Employment insurance benefits statements. That will be enough...
You also mentioned that you have your own business,
then you can provide copy of your declaration from your business.
All business, just as individuals make a Income Tax declaration,
you can provide such information. If not available yet, you can
provide a copy of your cash flow, you can talk to your account about that.
that will be enough. It has been 5 years of waiting, you are almost finish,
I believe that less than a year is left.
