Need email contact

I have a unique situation, and greatly need to correspond via email with someone who with ircc who handles asylum claims.
I've searched the website, but all I could find was a comments and questions field, where I did ask a question. And was contacted back by "nepasrepondr" email which I cannot respond to.
So I thought maybe some of you could point me in the right direction.

Why not direct that question the your Immigration Lawyer?

The reason I cannot direct it to an immigration lawyer, is that because of my unique situation, I cannot currently afford the services of an immigration attorney.

I see, Unfortunately, Its not possible to find someone who works with IRCC. Even if you find one, he/she will not be able to help you, for ethical and conflict reasons

IMO you won't get the kind of assistance you're looking for from IRCC. IRCC doesn't offer advice and will direct you to their web site and give you generic responses.

Look into legal aid if you cannot afford a lawyer.

There are no such resources or contacts. They cannot offer advice. This is what lawyers are for.

I believe the closest you can get is to contact your local MP about your situation- although as mentioned legal aid is a better option if you are looking for advice. Government officials will not interpret the law, lawyers will.
There are likely also legal clinics in your area that can offer a free short consult.
