My case makes me confuse and consider alot as I want to immigrant as Family Class Sponsorship
1. I had been studying in vancouver for 1 year from 2009 to 2010
2. From 2009 to 2014: I had been travelling to Vancouver for 3 times as a student (1 time) and as a tourist (2 times)
3. In 2014, I travelled to Vancouver to welcome my child and also got married certificate in Vancouver with my wife
4. Currently, My whole family (together with my wife and son) are living in Vietnam. We run a hotel business.
5. My wife and our son are already Canadian Citizens.
Now, we want to move to Vancouver permanently as we need a good living environment for our children. We wondering how to apply for this Class as:
1. In Canada, my wife can not provide a financial proof as she is living with me in Vietnam (from 2014 until now). Myself take over all expensives for our family
2. We want to move to Canada next year, but we still run our family business in Vietnam distantly from Canada, that means we still have income from Vietnam to support our life in Canada. Ofcouse, we gonna find a job to support living cost whenever we move there.
Meanwhile, I am preparing an application to apply for multiple-entry visiting Visa for myself until I get clear about my case, then I can move on submmitting this Visa type.
