Need clarity: Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees

Hello folks,

My spouse has done 3 years Bachelors in Mass communication followed by 1 year diploma in Advertising and print design. Can anyone tell me if this makes her eligible for choosing Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees? If so,

- How do we get the ECA done in this case? Both the universities (Bachelors and Diploma) need to send transcripts to WES?

Please help me gaining clarity. Right links/sources will be appreciated.

Yes it should be counted as two credentials. Th ECA organization will tell you for sure whether it counts or not. When you apply for ECA at WES online, they will ask you to add additional credentials that you'd like to assess, so just follow the flow. And yes, both schools need to send transcripts to WES.
