Can someone show light on what is the difference between "Eligibility passed" and "Passed".. I see most who got Aip in mail have a eligibility saying : Recommend passed.. Can someone explain the exact difference between these two and any idea on when it will change from recommend passed to passed.

I'm telling you from what I've read on this forum. Your file first goes to a Junior Officer who reviews it and if finds it eligible, he marks it as "recommend passed". This then goes to a senior officer who makes the final decision. If he agrees with Junior Officer then the eligibility is changed to "passed".

Okay thanks.. is there any chance of rejection after this stage i.e an application which has recommend passed in their eligiblity

99.9% after Recommend passed it advances to "Passed" once the stage two clicks in, its very rare for the VO to disagree with the CPO.
