Need clarification

Hi all,

Just want to ask that as now there is a new classification of NOC code list(2011) which is slightly different from the one used before (NOC 2006).

If someone can clarify which NOC code list will be used by the immigration to determine the relevant work experience ???
The reason I am asking this question as I had some work experience working as a Personal banker which in the old noc list didnt match the duties listed. But in the new one it does (6235). If someone can advise on this. Thanks

Until further notice, you can choose to use NOC 2011 or 2006, whichever is more advantageous to you -

Thanks Jes for your feedback. I called CIC today and they said that for the new applicants 2011 list will be used and for the older ones 2006 is relevant. Thanks again.
