one guy working in canada , somehow I talked with him via what's app and Facebook. He proposed me that his company looking emergency workers from outside and all processing , cost will bare. But only have to pay 150$ with file submission. LMIA will provide within 20 day's, visa within 40 day's. He offering total costing for this 7 k $ and I can pay after reaching Canada.

Can someone tell me is it scam ...?

If you have to pay money then it is a scam. Magna is a huge automotive parts company so would not be asking for $7k
