Hello All,

I hope you're doing great. I have below questions for adding details in my express entry profile. If you can help me understand those that would be really great.

1) Education History

i) I had done a bachelor's degree from 2007 to 2010.
ii) From 2010 to 2011 I was enrolled in a Masters's program
iii) while my master's program running, I got admission into another high prestigious college so I left my current program and moved to that new college and finished my masters there(2011-2013).

I have added my bachelor's education and master's education in my EE profile however I am not sure if I should mention my education from 2010-2011(I have results etc from this period) in my EE profile as I didn't receive any degree or certificate for that. Can someone please clarify on that?

ii) IRCC information

i) There is a section where it asks if "I have already applied to IRCC before"
-> In my case I have a UCI from my work permit that my employer had applied back in 2017. Can I mention that UCI on my application? Also, at present, my work permit extension is being applied not sure if a new UCI would be generated for the same.
-> there is a section which says if you had applied for Express Entry prior. In my case due to certain discrepancies, I had declined my previous Express Entry profile, Do I need to mention that profile number?

iii) Job Offer

i) I work in the Quebec region of Canada and I am likely to get my validated job offer soon, in my express entry I intend to move out of Quebec due to French constraint so do I need to say yes to Job Offer or no?

Thank you,
Kosma

Put it in your personal history.

"In my case I have a UCI from my work permit that my employer had applied back in 2017. Can I mention that UCI on my application?"
You have only one UCI. That's not what they're asking. The answer should be yes, because you have.

"here is a section which says if you had applied for Express Entry prior. In my case due to certain discrepancies, I had declined my previous Express Entry profile, Do I need to mention that profile number?"
Receiving an ITA is not the same as applying for Express Entry - which requires the submission of a complete application.

"so do I need to say yes to Job Offer or no?"
If you have a job offer, yes, if not no.

1) Which Personal History are you referring to?

2) Thank you, I have mentioned this UCI there

3) Couldn't understand, do I need to mention Express Entry profile that I had declined ITA of or not? My current application number is the same as the previously submitted one though

4) Didn't get you here as well. Does Quebec Job Offer count as a valid job offer?

1) The personal history that you will fill out after you accept an ITA.
3) An ITA is not an application. If you have declined an ITA, you have not submitted an application. The question asks if you have previous applied to Express Entry. You have not.
4) You can apply to Express Entry only if you intend to live outside Quebec. If you use a Quebec job offer that hardly signals an intention to live outside Quebec.
