need clarification for getting transcripts for wes

Hi,
I am from India. I have completed my masters in engineering in an autonomous institution affiliated to anna university ,chennai. My question is where should i get the transcript from..??From my autonomous college or from Anna university..??Someone plz help
 
I did my bachelors from an autonomous institution affiliated to University of Madras. I was asked to get my consolidated marksheet attested from the controller of examinations at my college and the degree certificate had to be attested at University of Madras.

P.S WES accepted my transcripts (Y)

But why do you want to get the transcript for degree certificate wen WES says to send us directly..

I guess only the transcript for consolidated marksheet received from controller of examinations should suffice..

In the list of required documents, I was asked to submit my degree certificate to prove the completion of course & duration and all transcripts (or a consolidated mark sheet) for evaluating the subjects studied during the course.

Previously until Nov 31st 2018, you can get the transcripts attested and send it to WES Yourself, as long as the transcripts are within the sealed envelope provided by the university.

But now, starting Dec 1st 2018, Indian universities have to send all transcripts directly to WES.

The document requirements by WES are different for each Country, University and Course. It also depends on Affiliated/ Autonomous status of the colleges.So it changes on a Case to Case basis. You can check the requirements (for your specific case) by entering your degree, college / university details in the "Required Documents" section on the WES website.

I have a query regarding WES evaluation. I have submitted my transcript for year 2 & year 3 issued by Pune University and the same is accepted by WES. For the 1st year, the marksheet is issued by my college which is affiliated to Pune University. But the name of my college is not in the autonomous list which is available on WES website.

Can someone guide if I can send the 1st year transcript directly through my college and will WES accept it? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello Samay,

I've just compelted my llb from pune university too and I am in the same situation. Can you please let me know if the college transcript for the first year worked?
