Need clarification about Univ checklist!!!

what are the documents required is mandatory those who apply under University category?

I dont have(good) bank statement as i m middle class family and IT returns, are important to file visa under Univ category? :'(

Can anyone post What are the mandatory docx should provide(other than CIC's univ checklist) one to file visa under university category?..Because in university checklist by CIC's does not require too many docx in it..so please clarify in this issue for me.. :-\

My ielts band is 6 overall 8)..so if i got admission with ESl Program..can I get visa?..how are the chances of approval/denial those who have adm with ESL..however i got admission in lambton colg for PG certificate as of now..but my mind stil want to do masters!!!

my plan about finance is taking loan against property!!!

so please guys provide some info's

dude,the general category clearly is asking for the IT returns ..where as the uni category is not!!
so i think there is no need of submitting IT returns under spp and university category i believe!
