I and my husband are all students in Manitoba. Are we eligible to apply for permanent residents before graduate?
I heard from other people that if one's spouse is studying, and one can apply for permanent resident after 6 months of part time work, is it true?

To qualify, you must have at least six months of full time work experience in Manitoba and your employer must have offered you a full time / long term job.
