hello everybody

did my wife need have a house in canada for sponsoring me or just they need adrress for send her the letter because she was living with me here in morocco and she live with her grand mother.

its not a must that she has her own house so that she can be eligible to sponsor you , in ur case she is living with her grandparents so thats fine she needs to provide a correct addresse where she can get her letter , so there is no need to worry about this my friend from sahara he married a 20 years old canadian girl and she has no job and lives with her parents and yet he got his visa after 7 months .

If your wife is a permanent resident, she cannot sponsor you while living overseas - she would need to be residing in Canada. If she is a Canadian citizen she can sponsor you while she is living with you in Morocco (you don't really indicate where her grandmother is) or with her grandmother, too. If she was sponsoring you while living abroad she would need to provide proof that she plans to resettle in Canada. If she is in Canada now, no, she doesn't need a house . . . there is no income or asset requirement for sponsorship of a spouse.
