hi,, i convicted under a criminal section 286.1, 212(4).. i already applied for pr application for federal and waiting for medical.. so do i get trouble for pr or what should i do?? please let me know,,
Others can comment but maybe you need to consult an immigration lawyer given this is just a public forum and not a place to get legal advice on the effect a criminal conviction might have. Any advice here would just be speculation on convictions and not professional advice. Assume anyway that you declared the convinction in your application ?
