You can remain in Canada until your study permit expires but you are not allowed to work. You can apply to change your status to visitor prior to your study permit expiring.

Note that it is extremely difficult to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process, so don't count on that happening.

Thanks for ur reply. What about for ready lmia or waiting for lmia is that posible that we will apply for visitor and after we got lmia are allowed to stay. ?
And one more thing if my husband will go for student permit again what can we do stay and the same school or transfer to other school?
Because the reason we got rejected is because of the school. And i am in a open work permit valid until feb 28 2018 same as my husband.

You can apply to change your status to visitor but again, chances of finding an employer and getting a positive LMIA are extremely low. An employer applying for an LMIA doesn't grant you any right to stay in Canada.

I'm going to assume that your husband currently has a study permit; note that as he has finished classes, he is not allowed to work. If he has admission to a school, your husband can apply for another study permit. He needs to apply to a public college if he wants to qualify for a PGWP.

Thanks you again

Another question we will go for visit visa when can we apply for that visa visa and what is the reqiurements? And if my husband will get an LMIA for 2 years as a cashier attendant can i apply for open work permit?

No. He needs to have a skilled job in order for you to qualify for an OWP.
