Im a Canadian citizen. I hv no family in canada. Lost my mom and i have no idea about my dad's whereabout. All my sisters and brother are in their 20's. I was wondering if i can sponsore my late sister's daughter. Im the one taking care of her education n every need.

So to confirm, none of your siblings are Canadian PRs or citizens? And you have no spouse or your own kids?

If so, you may be able to sponsor 1 relative and their spouse/dependents as an "other" family member. Your father being unknown may complicate things.

Or if your late sister's spouse is also deceased, and her daughter is aged 17 or under (so an orphan) you can sponsor her directly. If he father is still alive or she is over 17 you can't sponsor her.
