Need advise with 473 score

My individual CRS score is 473,
My age will be 31 on 19 April 2021,
My wife is preparing for her IELTS , WES and also has Masters degree.
My question is , Shall I go ahead and create my profile as i have IELTS and WES report ready. Or should i wait for my wife's IELTS and WES report which will take at least 1.5 months to complete considering that her IELTS score could decline my score to 470( worst case) or 472 and Can i afford to wait for 1.5 months or not ?
Please advise me what shall we do, I do intend to take my wife on PR but do not want our chance to get killed totally.

She is preparing for her IELTS, she has not given it yet and her WES is in progress, Her IELTS score could make my score 470 or 472 in worst case or can even boost it to 474 or 476 in best case.

i think you already know what you want, be patient. IRCC is persistent on FSW program and it will keep going. My advise is to include your wife because there are so many people now in Canada stranded and their spouse sponsorship application on hold for more than a year! Its really bad regarding that matter, so I would suggest that you do what ever in your hand to include her.
