Need advise on some serious points before applying to ita....seniors please help

1) i am principal applicant and the address on my passport and my spouse's passport is different, we have not changed our address on any document. Will it be fine because me and spouse both are having different addresses on passport and other documents?

2) i got nomination for my experience in noc 1212 and i have more than 2 years experience 1 year in 1212 and 1 year in 1112, i am not sble to get a detailed referrence letter for my second job(1112), is it mandatory for me to get a detailed reference letter for this job as well? Please note that i am not getting any extra point for my second job. I have everything salary slips offer letter reference letter, however it is not in the format which cic requires

3) i am FSW applicant and my spouse dont have a referrence letter for his first job. What to do under this situation?

1. If you are an Indian and need to get PCC from India, you and your spouse will need the same address on the passport.

2. If you are not claiming points, the reference letter is not needed.

3. If the work experience is Canadian and you are claiming points, you need the letter. Else you dont.

Hi can you clarify why it is a requirement to have same address for police clearance, as I and my husband also do not have the same address on our passports, we are Indian appyling from Dubai,

Not a problem with different addresses on passport. I had a same case, I have the current address on passport and spouse had a different address. We both got the PCC the same day.

Some people on this forum applying for PCC in India had been asked to have their passports reissued because of different addresses. I got mine in London and they issued the PCC even though my wife and I have different addresses.

First of all, cic doesn't care if you have same address or different address on passports.
Coming to PCC from PSK, there are some instances where officers have asked people to get their passport renewed. I did not face that issue. So for eg.
If husband has current address on his passport then his passport can be used as an address proof for the wife (as mentioned on PSK website). it will be good to have other residence proofs also which are listed on PSK website.
