Hi seniors i have been rejected study permit 2 times due to large study gap. Any advise will be appreciated by experts. Below is my details
10th 68% in 1997
12th 57% in 1999
BBA 50% in 2003 (completed in 4 years)
MBA 56% in 2006 ( completed in 3 years) Distance education course
Ielts: 6.5 no less than 6
11 years experience salea manager on paper
1st Rejection: applied with admission in global business management in humber college. Rejected (november 2016) with caips note : Large study gap, studying not reasonable, low gpa, not a bonafied student, low ties in india
2nd rejection: applied with MBA in University of Northern british columbia. Covered all previous rejection remarks in sop n want to do full time mba for better job prospects in india. Mba toal fees $36500 showed funds n loan $40000 property evaluation of my dad. Rejected again in 19th july 2017. I have already applied for caips.
My query: Does it make sense applying again? I dont have anything to change in my application now. My class starts on 13th august. Should i differ my admission to jan intake. If i differ now n withdraw it after getting caips will university deduct money from my fees or give full refund?

u r doing wrong calculation.... ur points sholud be more than 400, and if still u not able to apply for express entery, then try to get PNP in any province. Manitoba, Saskatchewan and BC is better option for u because a candidate need very less points to apply in PNP.

I loose points on age and my master's degree because its not accepted by WES. Points i mentioned is as per cic website. As per ķnowledge every province has its occupation demand list which r mostly in IT n technical field. They also need job offer for that.

Thank you. Actually its approved now in covid times so u can't consider this timeliness and process. I have only got passport request letter. Also I had appealed my study visa refusal and granted approval in 2019. It has been very long process of years. Don't give up and keep trying. Document presentation and reasons to study should be convincing to Visa officer.
All the best.

Follwing points to keep in mind. Be as real as possible.

Reasons to study
Study progress
Career progress
Current Job market requirements and relation to your course.
Relation with your past study and work experience.
Ties to your home countries (family or financial)
