hi guys ,

Hopes any body helps on this.
I'm applying from India and never been in Canada before.
Got +ve LMIA one month ago and finally i'm submitting my express entry profile in next week.

But i'm quite bit worry about expiring my Lmia as it is valid for 6 months and now only left 4 and half month.
so the question is LMIA should be valid through out your EE application or its fine until you gets ITA?

As per the EE time line, every application takes almost 6 months so would they consider my 50 points even after LMIA expire after 4 months?

Appreciated your answers
And thanks in advanced

I would recommend you apply for a work permit based on that LMIA and start working in Canada. That will make the expiry date of your LMIA irrelavant. You will have plenty of time to apply for EE once you start working in Canada (2 years, ideally, or whenever your work permit expires).

Thanks for your response.
But this LMIA will only support PR application as its is not dual intent LMIA.

awaiting reply.

Your LMIA needs to be valid at the moment of submiting your PR application, then the time freeze and the expiration is not taken in acount anymore.
