Need advice

Hello all.
I'm new here, and I need your advice. I'm presently doing my Registered Nurse Advance diploma in nursing. My course will end by end of 2020. I will love to relocate to Canada after my graduation. Do I need to start my application now or wait till I'm done with my course. Thank you all.
