i Came to Canada last February as a visitor during this time i met my spouse here for the first time though we have been on a long distance relationship. I moved in with her in March she is 8months pregnant for me now due next month. We got married in April this year and sent in the inland application ending of April this year and got an AOR on the 7th of August this yr. i spent all my money for on our wedding etc. To my greatest surprise on last july my wife call police for no reason and i was asked to leave the house. I left the house without my things till now, i have tried all possible means to sort the problem but it has not been easy for me. i am outside, no shelter, no job etc. i tried to call her she never pick my calls or reply my emails making life more than difficult for me considering the fact that she is my sponsor. I sent in my visa for extension pending PR first stage approval since May but few days ago i got an mail from cic saying that my file has been transferred to local cic in Etobicoke for processing. I am really in a dicey situation now not sure what to do or how to go about this now. Please help!

I believe Etobicoke is the "red flag" office, where questionable cases go. I don't know if they're sending it there because of your relationship background prior to your wife kicking you out, or after, but it looks like you might get an interview or refusal depending on how things go.

I would really suggest trying to work out your relationship with her. Did you do something to make her upset? She can't just have kicked you out for no reason? Try going to her house and knock on her door.

Agreed. Files are typically sent to Etobicoke when CIC has concerns the relationship is genuine. You should certainly expect longer than normal processing times and you should also expect to be called to an interview. If you and your wife are no longer living together / no longer in a relationship, I don't see how you are going to pass the interview.
