Need advice

Hi,
I am a diploma in automobile engineering and have 6 years of experience in lubricants and related accounts. I have seen an uptrend in the number of jobs in Canada related to the above field and am wanting to know if at all I can search for a job in Canada. I have the following questions:
1. Am I eligible to work in Canada with 10+Diploma?
2. If no to the above question, what is the eligibility criteria?
3. If yes, then what is the procedure to apply for a job and shift to Canada for working temporarily?
4. Should I look for consultancies which aid in searching a job? If yes, which are the consultancies? (I am near to cities in Maharashtra and Karnataka)
