What will help your case is overcoming the reasons your visa was previously refused. What were the reasons given for your previous two refusals?

The invitation letter may or may not help.

Can you clarify if you are in the US on a visitor visa or if you are now living there on a work permit or something like that?

Generally it's more difficult to secure a visitor visa from a country where you are only visiting since it's more difficult to prove ties to your home country. You are generally better off applying from your home country.

Having said that, you can certainly try applying from the US. Make sure you declare your previous visa refusal in your application and make sure you provide very strong proof of ties to your home country (proof of employment, property ownership, other assets, etc). You will also want to keep your visit to Canada short.

Two months is too long a visit and shows that you lack ties to your home country. You want to request 2-3 weeks at most.

Again, you need to show strong proof of ties to your home country to be approved. You'll want to show proof of employment including pay stubs and a letter from your employer confirming your period of leave and when you will be returning. You'll want to show proof of property ownership or rental. You'll also want to show you have enough funds to pay for your visit to Canada.

You can include an invitation letter - but this isn't nearly as important as demonstrating strong proof of ties to your home country.

Yeah I will do that. My friend in canada (pr) told that he will provide me an official Invitation of his daughter's birthday. Hopefully, it may help.

CIC is looking for travel to countries such as the US, UK and Europe. Your travel to Singapore and Thailand won't hold much value.
