As I thought, my initial application was returned to me because I didn't put the 4 digit NOC code. CIC letter dated May 22 saying application incomplete - received today, May 29. Thankfully nothing else on my application was wrong!
I am glad now that I had sent off a new application off 10 days after the initial one as I thought this would happen.
