Need advice - Important

My NOC Code is 2171 & my wife's is 2131. I am almost ready with the 3 prime docs(IELTS, Exp letter & ECA document from WES). Would have all of these by Aug 10 & would be able to courier by Aug 15 by filling the rest of the forms.

My wife would be done with everything by Sep 15 types.

My points are 76 & wife 70.

Now, when I look at the spreadsheet, I see 2171 till date has 190 applicants & 2131 has 90.

Based on FSW 2013 trend nos,I don't think I have a chance. However, does anybody know what is the actual number now.

We have a kid. Should I take a chance & apply as primary applicant or should I wait for my wife(2131) & apply on Sep 15 with she being the primary applicant.

Just for record, I hope you do realize that this time the cap is 1000 instead of 300 for 2013.

You should apply yourself, and then you can apply with your wife as primary applicant too. People have been seen to send multiple applications.

Thanks. However, that would mean that I would need to shell out more money, rather twice the amount of money.
