NEED ADVICE FOR APPLYING AT FIU, Miami

I really wish to apply at FIU for MS in Cyber Security.
But I'm not sure about the fees and program length, I have emailed about this to the CS Department but they dont really respond, its been weeks and the deadline is approaching real soon.
I tried emailing the Grad Department and below is their response on my email :

The average program is about 2 years. however, some do vary. It would be best to contact them for details.

I'm an international student, keen to pursue my MS in Cyber Security at FIU and before I apply I really need your help with the below inquiry :-

Could please tell me the entire program fee for MS in Cyber Security?

I learned the following info from the website, but could you please clarify

The Fees for Fall and Spring = $37,792
and for Summer = $11,718
So the total annual fee = $ 49,511

So what is the fee for the second year? and the entire program fee ?

So What can I do, the CS department never responds, I cant keep writing them again and again.
There are just few more days left for the deadline

Have you tried calling them? That would seem like the most obvious answer.

Otherwise, since this is a US school - it would probably make a heck of a lot more sense to post your questions to some kind of US based forum.

I did try in US forums but could find a decent one.
Some one from this forum told me collegeconfidential.com but here I'm getting issues while registering my account.

Not answering the phone call either, there is only one grad coordinator Mr. Carlos.

I have read on google that staff and faculty ain't that friendly at FIU.
