Guys could you give me advice how to prove ties with my country for getting study permit.
Briefly about me.
I am 31 years old. Single.
I am going to apply for 1 year Information security managment program at Fanshawe college. I have more than 5 year work experience in information security fields.
I have enough funds (minimum 25k CAD) to pay tuition fees and support myself during a year but the difficulty is that i don't have my own real property or movables. Simply put, i don't know how to prove immigration officer that i will return to my country after ending studying in Canada.
Could you share with your ecperience of getting study permit.

You might want to share your language / IELTS results and also your current qualifications as these are just as critical in getting a permit as showing home ties and funds. Having experience in a field is not a guarantee if your qualifications do not match or follow on to any course you plan to take

Thank you for your response

I am going to take IELTS in Dedcember 2016, I think it will not be a problem to get the necessary 6.5 overall points. I graduated from the University
faculty - Computer Science and Engineering.

I am wondering, has anybody got Study permit without providing ties such as the owning property or something else.
