me and my wife moving to vancouver on nov 1st need accomodation anywhere in VBC, only for 1 month,its short term stay, plz let me know how to get it, my budget is below $1000/month

Anyways, if you have not done so already, you can check various websites such as airbnb.ca

Btw, if you said anywhere why not consider Richmond BC which is closest to YVR airport?
