My situation is that I've applied online for a study permit that I sent off to Vegreville from Halifax. If I went to Vegreville's agency would that help to speed up the process? Its my final year and I really need one as the semester has already started!

1. No, since Vegreville is in Alberta and has no public access. CIC's no longer have public access.
2. If you have a study permit already, which is about to expire, then you can continue in school with "implied status"
