Need a residense in Toronto

add the college and campus you are attending and you will get the list of residences that are for rent that are close by that rent to students. Hope this helps you.

Also go to kijijii and craigslist
The area you want to be in is near York or York Village
If you search York Village that is where the student houses are (my daughter lives there) I live in Mississauga.
I can ask her to write down a couple of phone numbers for you, as they are all posted outside the student dorm townhouses.
THere are literally hundreds. The cost is 400 - 550 per month.
There are nice houses (with shared kitchens)-- most have them have your own bathroom. It is right beside the campus so that will save you any transportation money.
What country are you coming from?

That will be so kind of you if you can provide me those numbers.I am coming from India.Me and my friend will be residing.
As of now, i have decided to stay in a cheap hotel or short term rental houses or rooms for a week or so and then look for some permanent place (if i am not able to book or get any permanent residence from here).Is this a good idea? ,Thanks for your help mate.Waiting for your reply.

As I mentioned to you, it is best to stay in york village, which is a walk from the campus. It will save you a lot of money. It is all university students......
some of the street names you want to look for for rentals are Cook Road, Bowesfield, Leitch Ave, Haynes Ave.

hello guys i have two rooms 5 minute away from York university to sublet. 1 long room in the main floor with a double bed for $ 400, so you have your privacy because that's the only room in the main floor, and one room in the basement with double door closet for $500. three people share washroom.
What is included:
