Experience: total 7+ years as account assistant (NOC 1431)

about myself

age: 24 years
education : 3 year regular diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering
experience: 2+ years as Technical writer (NOC 5121)
IELTS: 7 bands.

My education is from Science Background but I got 10 Years experience in a hotel job.
I have a offer from a Canada hotel employer that they will arrange LMO/AEO for me.
My question is will I be able to apply for FSW as my education doesn't match with the job?
In Addintion,I have a masters also in hotel management but in my ECA report the Institution is Un-Recognised I have assesed my Science education and awarded the ECA report with Recognised Institution.
I have sufficient points with my Science backgounds education and don't need to apply with the hotel management degree which is Un-Recognised. On the other hand If I don't provide the Hotel Management degree than will my science education cause a barrier as my Job is in Hotel sector? In this case what can I do? Thanks a lot.

But the occupation listed as 2146 Aerospace engineers includes my proficiency of Authoring Aerospace Technical Manuals. But i do not have a degree instead a 3 year regular diploma in Aircraft maintenance Engineering. Do you think i can apply ?

Be VERY CAREFUL as there are a lot of "hotel" job scams. Give details of the offer?

I don't know whether it's a scam or not. they giving me a offer to join in their hotel thats it. how would I know it's a scam or not !!

Well, you could provide the name of the hotel. There are forums that list the fraudulent ones that people have been scammed by.

No - I don't think you can apply. To apply under this NOC you must have work experience where you have been responsible for most of the proficiencies listed for that NOC. If you only have experience in one of the proficiencies listed for that NOC, then you certainly do not qualify to apply.

If you are paying even a single penny to any person for job offer then its scam so simple........even paying to your relative who is in Canada.........

look them up and call them, most of them charge a consultation fee, as well they should.

I doubt what you are saying because all the proficiencies listed are performed by different individuals. Like the maintenance of an aircraft is done by aircraft maintenance engineers and not by aerospace engineers, technical writers author manuals not aerospace engineers, veteran engineers do investigations, designing part is done by mechanical engineers, etc.
