Need a lawyer/agent n Windsor, ON citizenship delay

Hi, I am looking for a lawyer / Settlement agency info in Windsor, ON to reschedule my citizenship test. Applied for citizenship in Feb 2013,missed citizenship test in Jan 2014 due to relocation and mail delay. Wrote several letter and showed proof still no response. Got GCMS response but have difficulty in understanding so looking for a lawyer to help me out. Please seniors or other members help me with any suggestions or info.

what is your time line, did you receive resident questionnaire, if not than

wait they will re schedule your test at their own time schedule....

hiring a lawyer for re schedule a test is not needed if you still need

immigration lawyer to pursue your case first you have to check the time line.

routine 24 month and non routine 35 month processing time...

Hi Thanks everyone for replying back. Firstofall thanks alphazip to give me the reply what i wanted. I will try to contact this lawyer and take some suggestions on why my test rescheduling is delayed so much.
@Janoo It doesn't take 24 months as mentioned. now they are sending invites to people who have applied just a couple of months back. Their website shows 80% till June 2014. I have applied in feb 2013. I got RQ in May2013 which i submitted right away. Missing test was unfortunate since i was moving from Toronto to Windsor at that period and i got redirected mail late. I showed some proof to cic including my last paycheck from Toronto company dated 4 days before cic letter. I am waiting for the past 8 months just to get a test date even though i saw few forum and communicated with few who missed after me and already became citizens. Many time its also the luck factor. I am looking for a lawyer to understand GCMS notes which i received day before yesterday to check what is holding them back in rescheduling my test. I had continuous job in Toronto for 4 years and more than 1200 days stay before i applied.
@PMM i know abt this rule. Its basically for fraud people who stay in a different country and cann't prove why they missed the test.
Whenever i call cic they told me that we are waiting for a date to schedule you and its ever since 6 months back......
