Need a job in Canada

Hello,

I'm having 5 years of indian experience in Database (IT) field and I'm working as a Database administrator in well known MNC. I have completed B.Sc. Computer Science from Mumbai University with second class.Can I get a job in Canada? Or How can I find a employer to get sponsorship for work visa ?
