It's depend on case to case. Mine was almost 1 year to get MR for In Process status.
 
It's depend under which instructions you applied , if you applied under MI3 , I have seen people getting visa with 8-9 months of applying but for MI1 no body knows.
the best person to ask this question is the program officer of NDVO
 
For MI3 applicants, ur status changes to InProcess as soon as u receive PER fro CIO.After which I have seen applicants gettin MR anywhere betw 4-6 months. The timeframe of 4-6 months is from the start when u get a PER to gettin MR

For MI2 & 1, really no idea, it would take longer as MI3 to be processed on priority
