Guys i have recd my medical request on 8th Nov from NDVO and have sent all the required docs and PP on 22nd Nov.. anyone with similar timeline please connect

Package of docs/papers/imm forms etc. sent to NDVO on : Nov 22,2012
Consignment delivered to NDVO : Nov. 24,2012 at 13.40 hrs, as confimed by courier service NEW DELHI OFFICE BY PROVIDING ME THE SCANED COPY OF DELIVERY SHEET DULY STAMPED ND INITIALLED BY vo's repersentative.
Please keep sharing the development.

Hi Prahar,

Congrats for such a grt news after such a long wait for yours and we all pre juners, my situation is quite similar to you just running one month behind in everything (hope I too get it by 8 dec :-[ ), if you could spare couple of minutes to answer my few small queries it would be seriously very helpful and encouraging...

1) Did you applied through a consultant or on your own?
2) How you received ur MR news through consultant or through direct email? let me know the email ID through u received MR news (would help me in keeping an eye on emails)
3) Do they tell u which dr. to go and which date/time
4) are any doc required during MR?
5) is MR request is separate from PPR? (as far as I know first MR comes and after MR is submitted they request for passport for stamping)?
6) is PCC required again and how much time is given to send the docs back to them (as last time passport department took hell of a time to give me new PCC)....
any other info you think can help us novices in the matter would be seriously helpful thanks in advance

Thank u very much for ur kind words. My reply to ur questions is as under:-
1.Through my own,of course with the help of very erudite senior members nd my elder sister who is a canadian citizen.
2.Through a direct e-mail from NDVO, QUITE NATURALLY, as no one had my authorization to have it for me.
3.NO.The selection of DMP is the chioce of the applicant. The list of DMPs is available on the site of CIC.
4.could not follow ur question.
5.No. MR letter has detail of docs/papers/IMM(REVISED) FORMS/submission of original ppt.etc,as called for therein.
6.Yes, fersh PCC has been called for as the one submitted with our initial application had passed off its validity period. In Indian, it is valid for 6 mths, I RECKON..WE have been given a period of 60 days from the dt. of MR letter, TO FACILITATE SUBMISSION OF THE REQUIRED PAPERS/DOCS/FORMS,etc..
