I don't have the job yet, so I don't want to ask that for now. I am just concerned that if I end up getting the job, would they be willing to help.

No one can tell you. They need to be asked and read the employer requirements to submit job offer. Depends what on NOC & stream too

Also, I currently have a job with Teer 4, NOC 64409 and I don't know if there is any possible options for me to apply for my PR with that.
