Dear Friends....
I have submitted my EOI for NBPNP on July 1st 2016. My doubt is, how long it will take to review for them ? If I dont get any response, how long I'll have to wait with hope ? If I have any cahnges in language part which can increase my score, can I submit EOI again with new changes ? How many times I can submit EOI for NBPNP ? Actually I am in open category....

Please advice.

wait for one month. If they reply with in one month then it means ITA otherwise submit again with better score etc. below is the exact phrase copied from their official website.

NOTE: The NBPNP will only accept one EOI per candidate per month. If more than one is received, the candidate’s EOI will be void.

I attended a NB Info Session on April 26, 2016 and on the same day I sent my EOI. Almost 4 months later, on July 08, 2016 I received an Email from NBPNP Inviting me to submit a Full Application. And they gave only 45 days for my application to reach their office.

Do we need to have a valid job offer from new brunswick employer to apply for NBPNP???

Please suggest

No, their criteria is different. either you have relateives in NB or you have attendted their immigration seminar

You have some statistics here, although not to nomination: https://myimmitracker.com/en/trackers/nbpnp-new-brunswick-provincial-nominee-program
