I would like to ask if I can be qualified for BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL ANALYST for NBPNP demand list. I n my case, i am currently an OPERATIONS MANAGER in the contact center my NOC is in 0 Management
Under the 012 Managers in financial and business services. I am working the job description of business and financial analyst even if I am a manager.

I am already attended the NBPNP information session here in the Philippines.

^ Were you able to get verbal ITA from NBPNP Info Session? If yes, you must submit full application within 45 days(this means you already have EOI, ECA and Language Test prior attending the Info sessions).
Otherwise, you must submit EOI to NBPNP email.

lordhades is on point here. If you have attended the info session and you were positively assessed during the interview portion, then that affirms that your occupation is to their liking.

I am also applying under the financial analyst group as my job shares a lot of roles to the said occupation class (I also work in a BPO firm under an investment firm)

EOI sent: April 26, 2016 (Info Session)
ITA received: July 08, 2016
Full application sent: today! August 09,2016
