I need to apply for NBI Clearance from Canada for me and my wife , we do not have any representative in The Philippines.
We have an Indian passport and stayed in Manila for 3 years .
I have received authenticated form number 5 from the Philippines embassy Toronto.
Please help me with answers for a few of my queries before i courier my form.
1) Can I send an application for me and my wife together in 1 Envelope ?
2) Can I send a Bank Draft in USD from HSBC bank or only cash in USD is acceptable?
3) What is the amount I need to pay? In the Toronto embassy website it mentions 155 PHP and on some other embassies it mentions 200 PHP.
4) Do I need to send a prepaid self addressed envelope to mail me back NBI clearance from the Philippines to Canada , or will the NBI office take care of mailing me the clearance back? It's hard to find an envelope like this.
5) Do I need to fill in the application form on "https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/" and pay there as well ?
