NBI clearance, how to get one from Canada, PINOY

hi guys, I would just like to ask. How can I request a NBI clearance if I am from Canda? vancouver is too far from our place and I am very confused about the finger print form that I need to fill out?

Nag fill up ng NBI form asawa ko s Philippine embassy dyan s Canada.tapos pinadala nya sakin as manila at nilakad ko sa NBI main office.nagbigay sya authorization letter at I'D nya
