Hey everyone,
I'm in a bit of a predicament and could really use some insights from those who've been there. I moved to Montreal, Quebec, in September 2019 for my MBA, securing a work visa and scoring my PR through EXPRESS ENTRY in February 2023 while still in Quebec. Despite intending to leave, circumstances kept me rooted here due to job constraints in the current economic climate.
Now, the burning question: Would sticking around in Quebec as a PR obtained through express entry impact my sponsored spousal visa? Any personal experiences or advice you could share would be incredibly appreciated!
If legal expertise is needed, I'm open to suggestions for a reliable lawyer who can navigate this situation.
Thanks a million!
