I was born outside of Canada to a Canadian mother.
I've received my Canadian citizenship right after I was born

Am I a naturalized Canadian ?

CIC has this handy tool that you can look at that may clear up the questions you have:

"Am I Canadian?"
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/Citizenship/rules/index.asp

There's also a test here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/rules/tool_04.asp

I hope this helps! However you are likely a Canadian citizen. :)
Naturalized Canadian according to CIC pertains to an individual who never had citizenship and then became one through permanent residency.

You are a Canadian citizen by birth. A naturalized Canadian is a person who received citizenship after being a PR for some time.

Edit: As it was pointed out, you are a Canadian citizen by descent.

You are a Canadian by descent. Not by birth as Mrs_Canuck posted. You are considered a second generation Canadian. You will not be able to pass Canadian citizenship to your children.

so I answer No on form 5540 asking are you a naturalized Canadian or permanent resident ?

You must answer "No" the the question from form 5540. You are not naturalized and you are not a PR either.
