Quote Sindhi. Your mother tongue need not be the national language.

what if i write urdu as native language.?

You can choose either. There is no ground rules for the native language as long as it comes from your country.

Urdu or Sindhi will suffice.

You first need to confirm whether the document you perceive to be your National ID - is actually the national ID of your country.

Example - There is no NID for India (we thought there was, but there is not).

You then need to get it translated and notarized in my opinion.

we have national identity card. Thats in urdu.

you have to make it translate from a translator and submit an affidavit from the translator that it is a true copy.
