NATIONAL IDENTITY NUMBER, PLEASE HELP ME

Good Afternoon.
I’m filling the generic application form for CEC. I’m from Colombia and we have a national identity number, the problem that I have is that this number doesn’t expire and when I tried to write that in the form the program doesn’t validate my form and now I don’t know what to do.
Please help me
FYI: I’m completely sure that the document doesn’t expire not even in five years like in some other countries.

Just put a fictional date in and then once you print it, white it out and put N/A.

you don't need to explain, N/A ("not applicable") is sufficient...
