HI,

On my COPR my name shown as

-Family name: D. Singh
- Given Name (empty)

However I want use same name on my citizenship so my question is,

Should I leave blank the given name column on the citizenship form?

Would there be questions why you do not have first name or given name?

I will be really thankful for quick replies.

1. Do the same, there is no problem if you don't a surname, they just your given name in the surname box and leave the given name blank.

Thanks a lot I was so worried about It.

So now I will finish up my form and send it in quickly.
