Name query in student permit extension application

I have filled my name in both the blanks of the FAMILY NAME and GIVEN NAME, so it is showing my name on the portal like UPASANA BARGUJAR UPASANA BARGUJAR ( like twice). My query is that, will it appear same like that on my extension documents or it will come like UPASANA BARGUJAR only. Kindly help me in this.

Your name in the documents would be mentioned/printed as: Given Name(s) + Family Name.

Because in my study permit and work permit, it's written as given name ( UPASANA) and family name (BARGUJAR). But in the study and work permit extension application I have filled UPASANA BARGUJAR in both the columns of given name and family name. Kindly reply as per your latest convenience.

You can try withdrawing/cancelling your application and then submit a new one
