Its not a problem. If its close with the other names. You can always give an additional letter if you think its necessary , attested by a notary stating all these names belongs to one person.

General workaround is to mention this in the explanation letter or the ideal way is to give the alternate names used in the application form and attach a self declaration or by any Government authority states , these are the names of the same person.

I had the same issue, in the passport its the full name ( First name + Fathers name + family name) and in the educational records its First name+ initials , in experience letters its First name + First word of the family name etc.... :-)

I added these names in the alternate names used + I just gave a self declaration in front of a notary stating all names belongs to me and its customary to use these names in our region.

Its not a problem. I had the same issue. Appointment letter in one name and current reference letter in another. As long as your company's letter head is printed with statement that "XYZ company was formerly known as ABC", you're good to go!

and does the reference letter has to be from HR or supervisor???? can i do it from someone who knew me then like "director of internal operations???"

Can Hr just write that in the reference letter? Since company letter head doesn't have it

Hi, I got an ITA last time. But I filled in the work history, the company name as TechAspect instead of TechAspect private limited. Will that be a problem? The documents I submit (referral letter, payslips) have techaspect private limited carrying a logo that reads TechAspect.

Really worried now if I have to decline ITA again :(
