I’ve couple of queries.
1. My academic documents doesn't have my last name. I added my last name in Passport. Now my Academic documents have my First Name only and my Passport have First name and Last name both.
WES report had message about this name mismatch. Passport – Manish Singh, Academic documents – Manish.
I’m attaching name difference affidavit.
Should I have to mention this as my another name in application?
2. For Address history, do I need to mention hotel address also as during movement from one province to another I stayed in hotel for 15 to 20 days.
